How do I return it?

What happens if I return it late?
Late returns may result in additional charges . Please contact support via the number provided in your reservation email to extend your rental.
What if the scooter gets damaged?
Normal wear is fine. Damage beyond normal use may result in partial or full charge of the product.
Do I need to download an app or create an account?
No app. No account. Just reserve online and ride.
Is this for long rides or leisure use?
No. Scoot-Go is designed for short business travel (1–3 miles).
What if the weather is bad?
Your safety is priority. In case of forecasted severe weather, we offer free cancellations up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Use during unsafe weather is at your discretion.
What happens if I get injured?
Riding is at your own risk. Scoot-Go is not responsible for personal injuries. Please refer to our Liability Waiver for details.
